All Orders are proforma, 50% with order and 50% plus freight upon shipping notice. Established accounts net 15 and 30 days with approved credit. 2% interest will be charged on any past due accounts. Any check returned by bank for insufficient funds will be charged a $35.00 service charge. Further business will require approval for check payment. Credit Card payments accepted through Paypal.com. There is a minimum of 5 yards for all standard designs and color. To change grounds using standard colors, 5 yards minimum and 10% up charge. Custom Colors, 15-yard minimum and 25% up charge. Strike offs are 1 yard and $25.00 each.

All items not shipped will automatically be backordered unless otherwise instructed.

Checking and Packing of all shipments are carried out with utmost care. Please examine the content materials carefully and please report any discrepancies immediately to our company. Save all packing materials for U.P.S. or carriers claims, which must be made within 10 days of shipment receipt. All custom colors are non-returnable, once strike off is approved.
